What happens if I log out or lost connection during a course?
QUESTION: If you are a worker who needs to take an orientation or induction course on GoContractor, you might wonder what happens if you lose your internet connection while taking the course or log out of the platform to conduct another task.
SOLUTION: Your progress on the course will be saved as long as you have completed at least one module (slide on a course) and click the next button.
You can resume the course from where you left off by logging back into your GoContractor account and accessing the course from your dashboard.
However, if you have not completed any module (slide on a course) and click next before losing your internet connection or logging off the platform, you will have to start the course from the beginning.
Therefore, it is recommended that you take the course in a place with a stable internet connection, click Next to Save and avoid closing your browser or switching tabs while taking the course.
