Note: We recommend having one account for all projects you work on so you do not have
to manage multiple emails and passwords if possible. In order to change your email
address, you must log in to your existing account under the email address you would
like to change and edit your profile setting.
In the example below a user is changing support+1@gocontractor.com (logged-in) -> support@gocontractor.com
To do so please go to:
- https://app.gocontractor.com/ > Log-in
- In the top right corner of the screen click the drop-down arrow.
- Click My Settings > Below your profile email click + Change Email
- Enter the new email address
- Click Send Confirmation
Verifying Your Email
Updating your email will send you a new confirmation email and ask you to verify the email change. This email will go to the new email address for confirmation and you will be logged in to GoContractor under this new email address.

Important: For compliance and security only the logged-in user can change their own
email. Admins can not change emails for other users who have already accepted their
invitation. If there is an issue with access or a typo for new users. Please review
"Updating Pending Invitations".
