How to get there
To access the "Purchase Licenses as a Subcontractor" feature, a user must be a subcontractor admin and signed into the
GoContractor admin portal.
To confirm that a user has access, check for a "Licenses" tab on the left-hand side.
Click it to open the feature.
As a subcontractor administrator, you may need to purchase licenses before inviting workers.
If you are not sure or if you are having any issues inviting workers, please confirm with your general contractor administrator before purchasing any licenses. Note: You should only purchase licenses if you have been prompted to do so by the general contractor.
**If you are a general contractor administrator and in need of additional licenses, please reach out to your account manager or our support team for assistance. Do not purchase any licenses from within the application.
How to Purchase Licenses as a Subcontractor Administrator:
1. Click the “Licenses” tab
2. Click "+ License"
3. Input the number of licenses you would like to purchase
4. Click "Confirm Purchase"
5. Input payment information
6. Click "Pay"
When the transaction is complete you can check your remaining balance at any time by clicking the License button on the left side again and you will see your balance.
