As an administrator of a project, you will be notified when a user uploads a required document as part of the user's qualifications. Notifications from the time of user upload can take 5 - 10 minutes.
Confirm Enables Notifications:
- In the top-right click the drop-down option and click "My Settings".
- Under "Update Email Preferences" click "Edit".
- Under "Users are ready for approval", ensure that the Email checkbox is checked.
*As long as you do not approve the documents before the notification goes out or the above settings are turned off (on by default), you will get a notification.
