If you have qualifications in GoContractor that require you to upload specific documents like SafePass, or Manual Handling for example.
Upload my document is not working:
- When you are prompted to enter a date. Please be sure to use the calendar icon. typing in the date may present issues.
- Please give the browser a few seconds to upload your content to our systems. After you have click upload. Please wait a few seconds for the option to proceed to the next item.
- We recommend doing this from a desktop device where you can find and upload the file. If you are on a mobile device and can not find the file or the file type is not supported. Please reach out to your GoContractor administrator or supervisor for assistance with the upload.
Documents should not be shared with GoContractor support for upload or approval.
Important: Upload options are based on restrictions set by the General Contractor. Depending on this setting you may not have access to upload or change documents. Our team is more than happy to help review this.
