How to get there
To access the "Invite Administrators" feature, a user must be signed into the
GoContractor admin portal as either a general contractor administrator or project administrator.
To confirm that a user has access, click the "Settings" tab on the left-hand side and check for "Manage Admins."
Click it to open the feature.
Depending on your workload, you may find it beneficial to invite additional administrators to help you manage your GoContractor account. There are three different administrator roles from which you can choose: Admin (general contractor administrator), Project Admin (project administrator), and Manager.
Before you send out any invitations, be sure to read about the User Roles in GoContractor and familiarize yourself with the differences between them, such as what each role can do and which users each role is able to invite.
How to Invite an Additional Administrator to GoContractor:
1. Click the “Settings” tab
2. Click “Manage Admins”
3. Click “+ Admin”
4. Select the type of administrator (Admin; Project Admin; Manager)
5. Select which project(s) the new administrator(s) can access
6. Enter the email address(es) for the new administrator(s)
7. Click “Send”
