What are Dynamic Reports?

How to get there 

To access Dynamic Reports, a user must be an admin and signed 
into the GoContractor admin portal. Use the left menu to select 'Dynamic Reports'.

 

How to generate a dynamic report? 

 

  • Click the blue +ReportScreenshot 2023-09-04 at 16.57.25.png
  • Choose which dynamic report to download
  • Once a report has been chosen from the list, the system will generate the report
  • After a few minutes the report will be available for download
  • GoContractor will also send an email notification once the report is ready to be downloaded
  • Click the download icon under 'Actions' to download the report

Dynamic Report Titles and Descriptions

In the list of dynamic reports all worker-related reports are near the top of the list. Reports related to check-in, subcontractors, licenses, and finally invitations and below.

 

Report

Description

Worker Red/Green Status 

See whether each worker on each project is unqualified (red) or qualified (green) for that project

Worker Qualification Status 

See how many of your users or workers have completed or incomplete qualifications

Worker Course History

See which users have completed all coursework and which ones have not. i.e. shows a log of all course completions

Worker Details & Uploads

See First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Subcontractor, Profile, URL, Date Of Birth, Document expiration date

Worker Approvals Status

See current approval status of each worker as well as who approved them and when

Worker Course Certificates

Displays a workers course certificate. Customers with this functionality enabled can bulk download the certificates of their workers

NYC - LL196 Log

Pre-populates the LL196 training log for all users on the project

Worker Totals by Project

View the overall qualification status, as well as the status of all workers, invites within a certain Project. it's summarized data at a project/subcontractor level, no worker drill down data available in this report

Course Ratings

See all ratings or feedback on the quality of the course information.

Check-In Log

Visibility of your workers attendance.  Note, that that this report will only work if you have the check-in/out feature on your account.

Currently On Site

See and track who is currently on-site at any given moment.

Time on Site

Shows the total number of days and hours each worker has spent on each project they’re on

Checklist Log - View

View the overall status of your workers, based on their response to your checklist questions.

NYC - LL196 On Site Today

Pre-populates the LL196 training log for all users on site that day

Subcontractor Details 

See Subcontractor, Email, Invited, Invitation Status, Date of Status, Contractor Pre-Qualification Form, Contractor Pre-Qualification Form Expiry

Subcontractor Invitation Codes

Quickly generate a list of all current invitation codes for your subs

License History

Shows each license consumed on your project. See which workers, which projects, and which subcontractors are driving your license consumption

User Invitations 

Shows all users (workers, managers, project admins, and admins) invited to your account as well as the date they were invited and their current status

Offboarding

Report to show all data to import into other systems.
