How to get there
To access the "Invite Existing Workers" feature, a user must be logged into their GoContractor admin portal as either a general contractor admin or project admin.
To confirm that a user has access, check for a "Workers" tab on the left-hand side.
Click it to open the feature.
As an general contractor administrator or project administrator, you are easily able to invite workers who have worked on previous projects to new projects.
Note: This process applies only to internal/direct workers who need to complete a project's safety orientation prior to entering a worksite. How to Invite an Existing Internal/Direct Worker to a New Project:
1. Click the “Workers” tab
2. Click “+ Worker”
3. Select "Direct Worker"
4. Select “Invite workers via email”
4. Enter a short description (optional)
5. Select the new project
6. Enter the worker’s email address
7. Click “Next”
Note: This process sends the worker an email notifying them that they have been given access to a new project. However, in order for the worker to begin completing its qualifications, the worker must first add the new project to their profile. To do this, have them follow the steps outlined in Adding a New Project to Your Worker Profile!
