What’s changing, when, and why?
We’re updating Dynamic Reports to provide you with more data and to make it easier to use the reports we already offer. Based on customer feedback, we’ve:
- Renamed existing reports to make their content more clear from just the name
- Added six new reports
- Listed the reports in a more intuitive order
- Added columns to existing reports to make them more consistent
You'll see these changes implemented in the next month.
New Names
We surveyed users to identify which names most clearly communicate the content of each report. The following reports are being renamed based on that feedback:
- User Qualifications will be Worker Qualification Status
- User Data will be Worker Details & Uploads
- Site Attendance will be Check In Log
- Qualified User Summary will be Worker Totals by Project
- Subcontractor Qualifications will be Subcontractor Details
- Data from Unqualified Workers is part of Worker Red/Green Status
- Data from License Usage by Subcontractor is part of License History
New Reports
- Worker Red/Green Status - See whether each worker on each project is unqualified (red) or qualified (green) for that project
- License History - Shows each license consumed on your project. See which workers, which projects, and which subcontractors are driving your license consumption
- Worker Approvals Status - See current approval status of each worker as well as who approved them and when
- Time on Site - Shows the total number of days and hours each worker has spent on each project they’re one
- User Invitations - Shows all users (workers, managers, project admins, and admins) invited to your account as well as the date they were invited and their current status
- Subcontractor Invitation Codes - Quickly generate a list of all current invitation codes for your subs
New Order
Reports have been reorganized to group reports by similar content. All worker-related reports are at the top of the list followed by reports related to check-in, subcontractors, licenses, and finally invitations.

Changes to Existing Reports
The content of several reports has been updated as well:
- All worker reports now include first name, last name, email, phone number, and company
- Invitation details have been removed from Worker Qualification Status and moved into their own report, User Invitations. Only workers will be shown in the Worker Qualification Status report
- Check-In Log has a new column that totals the hours for that check-in line
