Archive a project when it is no longer active
Archiving a project means that workers cannot access it anymore but admins still can through the admin portal.
What happens when a project is archived?
- No Notifications - Notifications for the archived project will no longer be sent out
- Archived Projects hidden from dashboard
- Archived Projects hidden from Approvals
- Archived Projects hidden from Check-in Activity
- Archived Projects hidden from Workers
- Archived Projects cannot be edited
How do I archive a project?

Select 'Add/Edit Projects'
- Find the project to be archived

Click on the three dots on the right side of the project name

Select 'Archive Project'

A pop-up will appear, confirm the action by clicking 'Archive'

The project will now be archived and no longer active
Workflow:

In Setup, go to Add/Edit Projects

Select the 3 dots and 'Archive'

Review pop-up, Click 'Archive'

To unarchive a project or division select the option to 'Unarchive' at the right side of your project.
- To unarchive the project select the 'Unarchive'
- You can include or exclude your archive projects from your add/edit project view by selecting/deselecting the checkbox
- Projects that are archived will still appear at the bottom of the project list in the worker profile. The administrator will be able to see the date the project was archived as well as the status of the worker at the time of archiving the project.
- Projects that are archived will still appear at the bottom of the project list in the Subcontractors profile. The administrator will be able to see the date the project was archived as well as the status of the worker at the time of archiving the project.
- In projects, the user can include or exclude their archived projects by selecting/ deselecting the checkbox
