      How can I check a worker's status?

      Check if a worker is ready to access a specific site.

      How to get there: Log in to the admin portal and navigate to 'Projects' on the left menu.

       

      Ensure a worker is qualified and ready to enter site.

      To verify a worker is eligible to be on site

      1. As an Admin or Manager: On the left hand menu, go to the Projects Tab.
      2. Select the project associated with the site.
      3. You may search by the person's name, email, or phone to find the worker.
      4. If they’re red, click the down arrow to see the exact qualifications they have not completed or that requires approval.
      5. Click directly into their name to see in detail what they need to complete to go green.
      6. Use the 'Date Qualified' column to sort to the most recent workers who were added to the project.
