How do I edit what a worker or admin has access to?

You may find that a person's role or the list of projects they have access to needs to be updated. As a General Contractor administrator, edit access of workers, admins, project admins or managers. 

 

Update an Internal Worker's Projects

This applies to workers who are employed directly by your company, the general contractor.

  1. Go to Workers
  2. Find the worker you'd like to update
  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the line containing that worker's name
  4. Click Edit Worker Access
  5. Select which projects they should have access to
  6. Click Save

 

Update an Admin's, Project Admin's, or Manager's Projects

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Admins
  2. Find the user you'd like to update
  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the line containing that user's name
  4. Select which projects they should have access to
  5. Click Save

 

Change an Admin's Project Admin's or Manager's Role

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Admins
  2. Find the user you'd like to update
  3. Click the three dots on the right side of the line containing that user's name
  4. Select which role they should have: Admin, Project Admin, or Manager
