Check with your General Contractor before purchasing licenses. They may not require licenses to be purchased.
How to get there: Log in to GoContractor. Select 'Settings' from the left hand menu. Select 'Licenses'.
As a subcontractor administrator, you may need to purchase licenses to invite workers. The subcontractor admin portal indicates how many licenses you have left.
Please ensure you or your General Contractor has enough licenses before you invite workers. Users will receive an error otherwise: "Unable to issue a license, please contact your administrator".
If you see '0' licenses, you may need to purchase more. Check with your general contractor first.
**If you are a general contractor administrator and in need of additional licenses, do not purchase any licenses from within the application. Please reach out to your account manager or email support@gocontractor.com
How to Purchase Licenses as a Subcontractor Administrator:
1. Click the 'Licenses' tab
2. Click '+ License'
3. Input the number of licenses you would like to purchase
4. Click 'Confirm Purchase'
5. Input payment information
6. Click 'Pay'
When the transaction is complete you can check your remaining balance at any time by clicking the License button on the left side again and you will see your balance.
