How do I update my phone number or name?

Edit profile details including phone number, name and profile picture in GoContractor

Note: You can only update your phone number on a web browser. You cannot update your phone number in the GC Connect app. 

How to Update Your Phone Number or Name 

1. Open a web browser and log into your account at https://id.gocontractor.com/login

2. Click the dropdown in the top right corner of your screen

3. Click 'My Settings'

4. Click the edit pencil icon next to your phone number or name 

5. Enter your new phone number or name, then click "Next"

6. If changing a phone number you will receive an SMS with a verification code

6. Enter the verification code
