How do I use the Scheduled Reports feature?

Plan for GoContractor reports to be sent out daily, weekly or monthly.

 

How do I get there? 

Admins can log in to the web app and select 'Reports & Logs', and select 'Scheduled Reports'.

 

 

 

Scheduled Reports

Plan for reports to be automatically emailed daily, weekly or monthly to you and to your wider team or stakeholders. 

 

How to Run a Scheduled Report

  • Log in at https://app.gocontractor.com/
  • From the left side, menu scroll down to Reports & Logs > Scheduled Reports
  • Click + Scheduled Report
  • Select the report type from the drop down

 

 

 

 

Filters

  • Select what divisions / projects the scheduled report should include data from

 

Please note that the data in the scheduled report will depend on level of access that the admin who created the report has. If the admin creating the scheduled report does not have access to certain projects, then the data within those projects will not be visible in the scheduled report.

 

 

 

  • If archived projects are to be included in the scheduled report, tick the box

 

 

  • Depending on the report, additional filters will be available such as selecting specific subcontractors 

 

 

 

Frequency

Scheduled reports can be automatically sent out either daily, weekly or monthly. 

 

Daily

No date / day selection required

 

 

 

Weekly

Select the day of the week 

 

 

Monthly

Select the day of the month (up to 31)

 

 

Recipients

Enter in the email addresses of the people who you want to receive the scheduled report. 

 

Create

When you have finished editing, click 'Create'. The scheduled report has now been created. 

 

 

List View

Keep track of all scheduled reports that you have created by reviewing your list view.

Editing Scheduled Reports

Additional recipients may need to be added to the scheduled report, or perhaps more projects need to be included. 

 

  • Click the three dot menu under 'Actions'
  • View/Edit - will allow for the original scheduled report to be amended
  • Deactivate - will stop the scheduled report from being sent out, the record of the scheduled report will remain in the list view. You can reactivate deactivated reports anytime
  • Delete - will remove the scheduled report from the list view completely
