# How do I withdraw a subcontractor?

## When they no longer work on projects, subcontractors can be withdrawn.

As a General Contractor administrator you may no longer want a subcontractor to be able to send workers to your account, in which case, you can choose to withdraw their access.

Withdrawing a subcontractor will:

- Block them from the account
- Block them from inviting workers
- Block them from existing projects

#### How to withdraw a subcontractor:

1. 1. Go to** Subcontractors **on the left-hand menu.
     2. Click the blue **search icon** on the right-hand side of the screen

     3. From here you will be able to search for a subcontractor by: 
            - Subcontractor
            - Description
            - Invite Code
            - Email (subcontractor admin)
     4. Click **Search.**
     5. When you have found the subcontractor, click on the 3 dots under** actions.**
     6. Select **Withdraw.**

#### To withdraw multiple subcontractors invites at once, please go to:

1. Go to** Subcontractors **on the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the tick box next to their invitation, you can select multiple.
3. Click the **Withdraw **icon at the top of the screen to withdraw the invitations from selected users.

**Note:**  If you have accidentally withdrawn a subcontractor, you can renew their invitation by clicking on the 3 dots under **Actions**, and selecting **"Renew". **The subcontractor will need to accept access to your project again.
