How do I withdraw a subcontractor?

When they no longer work on projects, subcontractors can be withdrawn.

As a General Contractor administrator you may no longer want a subcontractor to be able to send workers to your account, in which case, you can choose to withdraw their access.

Withdrawing a subcontractor will:

  • Block them from the account
  • Block them from inviting workers
  • Block them from existing projects

How to withdraw a subcontractor:

    1. Go to Subcontractors on the left-hand menu.
    2. Click the blue search icon on the right-hand side of the screen
    3. From here you will be able to search for a subcontractor by:
      • Subcontractor
      • Description
      • Invite Code
      • Email (subcontractor admin)
    4. Click Search.
    5. When you have found the subcontractor, click on the 3 dots under actions.
    6. Select Withdraw.

To withdraw multiple subcontractors invites at once, please go to:

  1. Go to Subcontractors on the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the tick box next to their invitation, you can select multiple.
  3. Click the Withdraw icon at the top of the screen to withdraw the invitations from selected users.

Note:  If you have accidentally withdrawn a subcontractor, you can renew their invitation by clicking on the 3 dots under Actions, and selecting "Renew". The subcontractor will need to accept access to your project again.
