When they no longer work on projects, subcontractors can be withdrawn.
As a General Contractor administrator you may no longer want a subcontractor to be able to send workers to your account, in which case, you can choose to withdraw their access.
Withdrawing a subcontractor will:
- Block them from the account
- Block them from inviting workers
- Block them from existing projects
How to withdraw a subcontractor:
-
- Go to Subcontractors on the left-hand menu.
- Click the blue search icon on the right-hand side of the screen
- From here you will be able to search for a subcontractor by:
- Subcontractor
- Description
- Invite Code
- Email (subcontractor admin)
- Click Search.
- When you have found the subcontractor, click on the 3 dots under actions.
- Select Withdraw.
To withdraw multiple subcontractors invites at once, please go to:
- Go to Subcontractors on the left-hand menu.
- Click on the tick box next to their invitation, you can select multiple.
- Click the Withdraw icon at the top of the screen to withdraw the invitations from selected users.
Note: If you have accidentally withdrawn a subcontractor, you can renew their invitation by clicking on the 3 dots under Actions, and selecting "Renew". The subcontractor will need to accept access to your project again.
