Once a worker has a QR code sticker assigned to them, this sticker can be used to check-in the worker
How to get there: To access the 'Check-In' feature, a user must be a general contractor administrator or project administrator and signed into the GoContractor admin portal.
The check-in feature must be enabled for the account. Email support@gocontractor.com to ask about enabling the feature.
How to Assign a QR Code Sticker to a Worker
- Login at https://id.gocontractor.com/
- Click the 'Find Worker' tab
- Click the filter icon on the right-hand side, then search for the worker using either their name, email address, or phone number
- Click on the worker (This takes you to the worker's profile)
- Click 'Add Sticker' (This turns on your computer's camera)
- Move the physical sticker in frame and capture the sticker's QR code
How to Check In a Worker
- Login at https://id.gocontractor.com/
- Click the 'Find Worker' tab
- Click 'Scan QR Code'
- Scan the worker's QR Code (This takes you to the worker's profile)
- Click 'Check In'
- Select the project
- Click 'Check In' (This checks in the worker. When you're ready to check the worker out, simply click "Checkout" on the worker's profile)
