# What are Reports & Logs?

## Learn what reports & logs are available and where to access them.

 

**How to get there:** To access Reports & Logs, a user must be an **admin** and signed   
into the GoContractor admin portal. Use the left menu to select 'Reports & Logs.' 

### How to Run a Report

1. Log in at [https://app.gocontractor.com/](https://app.gocontractor.com/)
2. From the left side, menu scroll down to **Reports & Logs** \>** Reports**
3. Click **+ Report **
4. Choose the Report Type
5. Click **Create**

After a few minutes the report will be available for download.  
GoContractor will also send an email notification once the report is ready to be downloaded.  
Click the download icon under 'Actions' to download the report.

### Report Types and Descriptions

In the list of reports, all worker-related reports are near the top of the list. Reports related to check-in, subcontractors, licenses, and finally invitations and below.
