Review your workers ratings of their courses to identify areas of improvement.
How to get there: An admin can log in to the GoContractor platform and select 'Dynamic Reports' on the left menu. Select 'Course Ratings'.
Why review course ratings?
See all ratings for completed courses. This is a great way to learn if there are improvements to the course that would be helpful to all workers. Workers can also leave comments with suggestions and feedback.
Filter and sort by:
- Course name
- Worker name
- Rating
- Date
- Comments
