What is the Time On Site Report?

The 'Time On site' report, allows admins to see how long a worker has spent on site for a specific project.

 The report provides the information according to the days and hours spent by the workers at the projects/sites. 

The data in this report is the following: 

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Subcontractor
• Project
• Days on Project
• Hours on Project

To run this report, please go to:

1. Log-in to app.gocontractor.com
2. Click 'Reports' on the left side menu options
3. Click 'Dynamic Report'
4. Click the blue '+ Report' button
5. You will be navigated to a page to select which predefined report to create.
6. Select 'Time On Site' 
   • You may filter by Project or Subcontractor
7. Then click 'Create'.
8. You will be notified via email once the report is ready.
9. You can also refresh the report to see if the report is ready without checking your email.
