What is the Time On Site Report?

The Time On Site report allows admins to see how long a worker has spent on site for a specific project.

The report provides the information according to the days and hours spent by the workers at the projects/sites. 

 

The data in this report is the following: 

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone
• Subcontractor
• Project
• Days on Project
• Hours on Project

How to Run a Time On Site Report

1. Log in at https://app.gocontractor.com/
2. From the left side, menu scroll down to Reports & Logs > Reports
3. Click + Report 
4. You will be navigated to a page to select which predefined report to create.
5. Select 'Time On Site' 
   • You may filter by Project or Subcontractor
6. Click Create

You will be notified via email once the report is ready.
You can also refresh the report to see if the report is ready without checking your email.
