# What is the Worker Approvals Status Report?

## The Worker Approvals Status report gives admins the ability for tracking the current approval status of their workers.

In the report, you can view if a worker has been approved or rejected.

The data this report shows is as follows: 

- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone
- Company
- Project
- Approval Status
- Reviewed By
- Date

#### How to Run a Worker Approvals Status Report

1. Log in at [https://app.gocontractor.com/](https://app.gocontractor.com/)
2. From the left side, menu scroll down to **Reports & Logs** \> **Reports**
3. Click **+ Report**
4. You will be navigated to a page to select which predefined report to create.
5. Select 'Worker Approvals Status'  
     - You may filter by Project or Subcontractor
6. Click **Create**

You will be notified via email once the report is ready.  
You can also refresh the report to see if the report is ready without checking your email.
